Vivek worked at Asian Paints for 33 years and retired as Head HR. He was appointed by Tata Institute of Social Sciences as “TISCO Chair Professor of Industrial Relations”. He serves as an independent director on the boards of a few companies, and is a trustee of Aroehan, an NGO. Vivek has authored three books and is a well-known blogger.
