Pranav is an independent consultant working with technology startups in India, especially in the EV industry.

A former financial journalist, he has a breadth of experience in both storytelling and deep analysis of businesses and technology, ranging from fintech to software to electric vehicles and clean energy. 

The massive shift underway in energy and mobility across the world—as well as the rise of truly innovative engineering in India—prompted him to shift from being a chronicler of change to an active participant in the ecosystem. He now works to help companies bring cutting-edge solutions to a wider market, crafting narratives and engaging with legacy industries.

In his previous career, he was part of the founding team at The Morning Context, a subscription-led publication where he helped build the newsroom from scratch. Prior to that, he had worked as an editor and writer at Mint and The Ken.
